A bill to simplify the border crossing process for passengers on Trains and eventually Busses moved ahead in American Congress on Wednesday December 7th.  The bill aims to introduce a pre-clearance procedure similar to ones in place at airports.  Pilot projects will occur at train stations in Vancouver and Montreal.
