U.S. Customs and Border Protection has recently made changes to their In-Bond Reports allowing carriers to run reports based on their SCAC code or IRS Number.  The new IRS report will provide the bond number, bill of lading, bonded and manifested carrier code.  Carriers must have an ACE account to run the reports and their IRS number associated with their ACE account.
