Canada Border Services Agency has updated their System Outage Contingency Plan setting out the procedures for all modes of transportation during a CBSA systems outage.  Carriers should review the changes to ensure they are aware of the requirements and their responsiblities.  The revised Contingency Plan has been posted on the CBSA website.
