The Canadian Trucking Alliance published on their website that CBSA is reviewing the AMPS penalties issued over the last few months related to system outages.  Carriers may receive refunds associated with AMPS penalties which occurred on the shoulder of a CBSA system outage (i.e. one hour before and two hours after a system outage).  Additional information can be found on the Canadian Trucking Alliance website.
