CBSA published notice TCC18-063 - Notice to Highway Carriers - Advance Commercial Information ( eManifest) Reminder - Timely Pre-arrival Data.  This notice highlights carriers should rely CBSA's accept message to acknowledge the acceptance of their eManifest declaration and carriers who don't comply with the timelines may be subject to AMPS penalties (C379).  Special note should also be taken regarding the business rules related to the Estimated Date and Time of Arrival of the conveyance at the border.  Carriers who fail to comply with this requirement may also be subject to AMPS Penalty (C381).
