CBSA has posted a Customs Notice clarifying the presentation requirements related to the eManifest ACI Lead sheet and the Conveyance Reference Number.  The customs notice specifically highlights issues related to failed PARS declarations and other types of non-PARS declarations.  The customs notice also highlights acceptable examples of proof of report (i.e. reporting the conveyance / cargo to CBSA) and acceptable examples of Proof of Release.
