CBSA has incurred and continues to incur outages and delays with both their ACI Web Portal and ACI EDI systems at the time of this posting (2018-10-24 @ 11:30 MT).  Some outages have also effected the Importers and Customs Brokers declarations.  Carriers concerned about the delays they are incurring related to outages may need to revert to CBSA Outage Procedures and should consider establishing service using both EDI and ACI Portal services.  Carriers should review the Contingency Planning page on this website for additional information.
